Part share in road legal track prepared Clio 172 available

Would any of you guys in the Oxon/Bucks area ( Thame ) be interested in sharing a Clio 172 track car ?
With 3 kids and limited time I can't really justify keeping it by myself, but can make the man maths work if sharing with somebody.
I currently share with my Dad and last year we spent about £3000, mostly with Mardi Gras motorsport in Silverstone having all the suspension, roll cage and fire extinguisher done, as well as two race seats and harnesses.
It has been fully stripped out, and probably about 900-950kg now.
Brake pads, discs, hoses and fluids have also all be uprated, and never given any problem with fade on the track.
Unfortunately retirement is looming for him now so he is looking for an out to get a motorhome and wants to sell his half, but I'd still like to keep the car.
The car is road legal/MOT'd taxed and fully serviced. It has done about 130k and looks a bit scruffy, but always performs brilliantly on track days. Can be abused all day. Nothing has ever broken, overheated or fallen off.
Has spare set of wheels and 12 tyres. Including some Dunlop track tyres.
Looking for somebody to buy in 50% share for £1500. My general plan is that we could then share all maintenance/repair costs, and gradual improvements.
We could agree monthly payments into a slush fund. ( Currently is £600 storage in a barn and about £1000 tax/insurance/mot/service and some sundries like tyres ), so that would be £66 per month each. If we each stuck in £100 month that would give a bit in the pot for improvements each year.
We'd have to agree how many track days each that would cover, and cost for any additional ones and damage etc.
I probably only average 4-5 track days per year.
This is a very cheap way to have access to a fast, reliable and safe track car.
I'm looking for somebody like minded to share and enjoy the car and the running costs, that isn't going to take the p!ss.
It holds its own on most circuits, especially the tighter ones, where usually the only things going past are the fast(er) clio's, plus with a car this cheap you can really enjoy it and not worry about denting whatever your pride and joy road car is.
