I'll be taking my 335d on track soon! Ive read that you need to keep the DSC off, as if you are driving erratically it starts to apply the brakes independantly and they can get a little hot.
Oh yes, sport plus button on (dynamic control) then off if needs be. I'm with an instructor for a while so I’ll ask him what’s best but I think you’re correct. I have some Birds sway bars and Schnitzer springs to help with things but only the standard diff, should be fun!

I'll be there with 6-7 other GTRs, I've not been to Silverstone before so looking forward to it!
I'm new to the track too, it looks beautiful, (clean and wide).I love the GTR, simply sublime cars, I would love to own one, maybe when I don't need to carry pushchairs and other child paraphernalia. I'll wave as you go past!
I had a SEAT Cupra 280 recently and took it to Longcross and Bruntingthorpe and that car was so composed, settled and grippy through corners, simply wonderful to drive fast. It showed my car up a bit so I added a few bits to try to emulate the SEAT, hence the track day to see if I can get a little close to the SEAT, I’ll be happy if I can.
