Hi Guys;

I've got a couple of Time Trial events coming up at circuits that I've never raced on before (I'm new to the region, but have 50+ Hillclimbs and time attacks under my belt) and am looking for track guides for these circuits. I'm certain that I'd seen a thick folder/binder type guide in an old Demon Tweaks catalog a few years back but can't seem to find anything online now.

The information I'm after centres more around suggested lines, braking points and the 'going faster' side of the event than general info such as address/facilities etc that are found on sites such as themotorsportnetwork.com and trackreviewers.com.

The tracks are:

Ascari
Mike Gadiux
Jerez

Thanks a lot for any advice given.

J

CircuitGuides.com do a load of tracks, but not the ones you've listed.

Yes, that precisely what I was after.. Does anyone know of any alternatives that might have better Spanish coverage?

This is not intended as a joke, but Gran Turismo 6 has Ascari as one of its tracks on it.

You're unlikely to get anything for Ascari as it is members only so not widely used. Ref the other two might be worth checking out some bike TDOs as they tend to go to Spain a lot more than the car TDOs. The lines won't be any good but it'll show you the way around?

But it's not available on PS4 mad

Tried Project Cars but it's fiendishly difficult and alomost cost me a new TV so many times that I've retreated to the safety of Far Cry 4 biggrin

I've found a couple of OBCs on YT by drivers that know what they're doing, that should give me a decent idea of where the track goes and of the elevation/camber changes.

If I could go 10/10ths on the second run in Hillclimbs with nothing but a stack of tires between myself and a cliff face/sheer drop into the sea I reckon I should be more than comfortable to find my line on a track with FIA runoffs biglaugh

My old PS3 has its benefits then. biggrin I will add, though, Ascari on GT6, and I assume its true to life, is devilishly technical.

From what I can see from the OBCs there are loads of blind corner entries/exits and compounded lines... I really can't wait to get on track there, Ascari has been on my Bucket list along with Laguna Seca, Spa, Monza and La Sarth.

Ascari is terrific - I took my 211 down there in 2008 - had a fantastic time.
