If you're not going to Le Mans this weekend, you could head for a low-cost track day with the MG Car Club. Offshoot MGs on Track has set up a day at Cadwell Park, the mini-Nurburgring, on Monday 13 June.

Organiser and club chairman Dave Livingstone said, "We’re a friendly bunch and our days are very safe, as we stick to strict track day etiquette. We’ll organise the day in the normal three sessions per hour, so 20 mins track time every hour throughout the day except for an hours lunch break.

"The cost is just £125 which is break-even pricing -– our normal club modus operandi. We aim to have just 16 cars per session, so plenty of space on track."
