Any reccomendations on tyre pressure for a Chim on GY F1's for a track day. Usually run 24/26 on the road.

This is what I would do, you make your own mind up.
First time out stay at normal pressure, see what grip level of the circuits like.
Then increase it by a couple of lb see how it handles adjust to suit.
Wet track stay at normal pressure

I was always told an extra 10 psi to avoid overheating.

10 psi!

That's a huge increase. Some people recommend 10%, personally I start off at standard road pressure, and let air out to stop the pressure going up to far as they warm up. I typically run within a couple of psi of standard road settings, varying slightly with the conditions.

I never was very good with instructions. (That's probably why I hit a sign that said brake at Goodwood )

I guess you thought it said 'break', so you did?
