I've seen the reviews for this product on PH but Ted states that they do not fit TVR seat belts. Anyone know if this is still thecase and why?

Cheers,
Howard

It depends on how the belt is attached to the bit that goes into the clamp. It needs to pass straight through. If it's looped then it won't work.

I use one in my Elise and it works really well in so much as you're not sliding around in the seat in cornering or acceleration/braking so you get a much better feel for what the car's doing.

However, if you can, go for a harness. I went the CG route as apart from it being a fair bit cheaper, harnesses are a bit of a nuisance in everyday driving and I've heard there may be issues anchoring harnesses and inertia reel belts from the same point.

Mind you if I buy a second car for everyday use I may well revise my current arrangement.

This is certainly the case on the older cars (Cerb for example). I'm not sure about the very latest cars but I suspect TVR haven't changed the design.
