Track day insurance for £100k+ car

I used to insure a £80k Porsche and Moris were the cheapest. £250/day if bought in package of 5 events.
When I considered upgrading the track car to ~£150k GT3 quote was about £600k/day. This was early 2022.
I assume now it’s even more.
Things are expensive indeed. I worked out GT3 with insurance, consumables, track fee, fuel would be £1500/day, and probably more now - and that’s before accounting for depreciation from extra miles.

It's a GT4 I'm going to track - likewise having used Morris it was £700 for 5 days in a £65k Exige 380. The only quote I've managed to get so far is £850 for one day!! Annual policy with track cover works out cheapest.
Classicline your best option. As many PCGB days as you want and 6 other trackdays per year as standard, with additional if you pay something like £60 a day. 10% excess.
Car will need to be garaged though.
Manning did my first GT4 but then lost the appetite for track users after a couple of total losses. Still worth trying.

Thanks all - best quote for one day is £850. Will have to go with that.
Too much of a hassle to car my day to day insurance as it's wrapped up with other cars at home and home insurance all of which have a heavy impact on discount for each other.

Is the XS on that policy 10% value of car ?
I think 10% excess is quite common on track policies. Are you 100% certain that your policy doesn't include that?Is the XS on that policy 10% value of car ?
I’m with A plan, I switched to them for my track car as they offered 5 track days included in the policy. But I ended up switching all my cars to them as I ended up paying less for all the cars plus 5 track days, than my previous single policy on my daily driver with my old insurers!
