Is there any testing at Silverstone this week?

Not sure where to ask this really but I'm working near Silverstone and have the daytime free. Apparently there was an F1 car or two going round today and I'm a bit annoyed I missed it.

I know there's testing days on Thursday but is there anything else going on that could be good to look at?

Contact Silverstone would be your best bet.
With testing restrictions, I don't think there are many days that a current F1 car is allowed to test , but they are allowed some "filming" days & testing of older cars.
But I think most of these may be private with no public access, so no one sees any secret new parts?
May be just pop up there and see if you can get in at one of the quieter entrances

Result. It's sometimes just worth popping into Starbucks in the Hilton and sitting outside to see if there is anything going on.
