I am COMPLETELY AGAINST the change of layout of this fabulous circuit that Mr Palmer has chosen to do! Does anyone else think this or am i all alone?

Im for the re-development of the circuit actually! As much as i like the circuit at the moment, i think the the proposed changes to the track will make it a tad more challenging and interesting! Although it is a shame that Russel Chicane is being taken out and replaced with a hairpin!

Think Russell will stay but with a twisty section put in after the first turn.

That looks like Russell is going to be re-shaped into a hairpin and then a long left-hander! Cant wait

Aghhh horible bend/chicane affair, def the worst bit of Snett IMHO, Bombhole/Corum is best, then Ritches, & Sear & its extra run off is pretty cool.

I agree. Although it does provide space for excellent overtaking there. Still, the new hairpin will see to that. It'll be useful on bikes since it means that the left edge of the tyre might get significantly warmer than it did on the old circuit where there were only 2 lefts!

Can't say I'll miss the old format either, mind you that's only because I could never it right in the old format.

Luckily I have cat like reactions to redeem the situation ....... unfortunatly that cat is an old fat house cat that likes to lay in front of the fire & have its tummy tickled rather than a Cheetah or somat!
