Anyone up for meeting enroute to the Chunnel?
Clackett lane services on the M25 or Maidstone (or is it Ashford??) on the M20 loo best to me.

Let me know what time you'll be at either and (if all goes to plan) we'll scoot through the services and meet up.

The Eurotunnel crossing is at 17:59 so we should be there latest at 17:30.

I suggest that those that want to meet at Maidstone Services on the M20 at 16:30 (gives time for a coffee/natter/stragglers). We can then convoy down to the tunnel.

Email me offline with your mobile number for coordination on the day.

Okey dokey, if anyone wants to meet at Clacket Lane at 3:30pm I'll be there. Gives us plenty of time to get to Maidstone.

We're planning to set off at around 13:30 to 14:00 from Godalming area. Can be at Clacket Lane by 15:30, although we might go the non-motorway route.

Anyone else coming down from this neck of the woods?

Clackett at 1530 then Maidstone at 1630 it is then.
I'll be in a red Seat Leon - reg no. ** ** OBX.

I think we should get to the Chunnel a bit earlier than 1730 tho'. I've used it twice in the last few weeks & passport/customs was painfully slow, probably be even worse on a Friday night.

I agree. 17:30 is not leaving enough time.

If we leave Maidstone at 16:30 promptly that will get us there for 5pm.
