Darron, the first one last year was not until July. Get yourself on Bedford autodrome if you want some fun before then. It's just as safe as Brunters.

I'll be seeing Pat Jackson this weekend and will find out.

hi steve,just put some r888s on my 996,and bought a lovely e30 m3,and want to get on track asap,in either car.but my "local" track oulton is a bit of a pig for me this time of yeardue to p...ing down every time i goand not knowing the m3 or toyos im going to save it for bruntingthorpe see you there!!!!

i had heard along he grape vine that there was some sort of noise issue
and something had been slapped on them by the local council ?
may just be idol gossip thoe

They won their case against the Nimbys at the beginning of last year (took them a few months though). Therefore trackdays and Vmax are now being run again.

There is a great story I heard about Bruntingthorpe. One of the main "Nimbys" lives by the gate, and one day he was presented with a spinning then "crashed" Lotus Elise in his front garden after a bit of exuberance on it leaving the site. Not sure if it is true but i hope it is!

The last I heard is Trackdays to the public will be back, but they will be infrequent compared to circuits. This is all due to noise and certain days of the year surprise surprise. The track will be used however, by manufacturers ect. (read "quiet&quot most days.

The first Bruntingthorpe Track Day will be on Saturday 29th March 2008 and Pat Jackson will be running the day.

£100 per vehicle on the 2 mile Sprint Circuit with open pit lane.
