I was passenger with my friend in the Moonstone Blue 106 Gti, was a bit wet in the morning but as soon as it hit the afternoon it was awesome, yeah the VXR had a nasty bump it wasnt as bad as it could have been though, saw the white nova go off behind us going into Old hall and lost his bumper as he hit the tyres
What were you driving?

I didnt get many pics, but here are a few
My mates Gti

My mate got alot more pictures
There were some fast cars around there, that Mk1 escort was rapid and the cortina wasnt bad either, i seem to remember the VXR having flashing brake lights when he was breaking hard, must be something that warns drivers of sudden braking or something

I was in the Black 997 GT3 RS I thought it was a great day I even enjoyed it before it dried out, Oulton is my favourite circuit in the UK. Not many cars 25-30 at a guess. If you want to see some nice cars blasting around go on the Porsche RS day 15th March. Some fast cars out today, White Racing Ferrari was motoring, Black GT3 RS and red tvr griff were flying as was the orange mk1 escort and White Lotus Cortina.

Dude !!!
Those are AWESOME pictures (excellent depth of focus and clarity on the moving vehicles) - hat off to you there mate !!
I was in the dark silver MINI (modified by GTT in Dorset). Clocking out about 275 bhp (supercharged). I've got very similar brakes fitted as seen on the GT3RS
and really tried to follow him as best i could.
I feel i am improving my track line but he began to pull away after a lap, especially on Lodge Corner - grrr. Excellent fun !!
I was running GSD3 Goodyears - and they felt a bit sloppy at times. 205/40/17. Am thinking of changing to Toyo's but don't want to end up in a field on the way home ha ha ha!!
An excellent day out there, thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad Mr Newton got his 360 out on track, just clearing the 105dB limit (just!!!)
Loved the RTR Audi too, that was in the garage 9 or 10. An excellent beast !!
Cheers,
K.

Nice Mini with that power, bhp per ton must be close to the RS? I was on Michelin PS Cups so took it easy when the track was wet but realy got going as the track dried there are no better tyres for the track IMO,,,Those are AWESOME pictures (excellent depth of focus and clarity on the moving vehicles) - hat off to you there mate !!
