I did the Bedford taster day at end of Jan. Plenty of driving, I suspect that we'd have had even more had it not been such a busy day, there were a couple of pit lane queues which apparently isn't something that is normally an issue plus the current Bedford noise issues.

The cars were great, track-club guys always on hand to help you get strapped in and the emphasis really was on getting you out having fun. I've done some red letter days and was a little sceptical on this one as it was a present but I'e signed up to do one of the days in March. If I can find a willing partner I might join the club, after seeing one guy nearer wall his BM plus someone who lunched their engine running my own track car is looking more risky than I thought.

There was another guy on the day who said he'd done three or four of the taster days so I guess he thinks they are decent as well.

Thanks for your comments smile Certainly sounds as though it's good value plus you get the all important driving time. I will try and get on one of the Bruntingthorpe days although I have just checked the forum post again and noticed that it is limited to 12 participants per day, which is great to hear as you will get lots of time, but less great if it means I have left it too late to book, grr!
