me too, i've never driven there and i'm racing at thruxton this season too

The circuit only seem to do days at 90dB as well

One assumes this is all from the rather tiny village next door

Its a nice circuit - I did my race test there (great instructor), would really like to give it a proper attempt but no way my Noble's getting under 90dB.

It's the only way we can get on there. Rather a lot of "darling, can I borrow your car?" I suspect!

I love Thruxton - I drove it with GoldTrack last year in my Corrado which was apparently the quietest car there according to the guy with the sound meter. Which was a little depressing in some ways but a bonus in others.

Sadly the Corrado isn't in total health at the moment and neither is my bank account so I'm unlikely to be be able to go this time, which is a huge shame as I love Thruxton.

The Porsche is well up for it.

The old bank account might be more restricting but if the next dividend is a good one...I'll be booking on!
