hi guys,
im looking at offering passenger rides for sponsors next year to try and interest them.

1)where can i hire a good two seater like a caterham, westfield or maybe a radical etc?

2) is there an age restriction on track days or do you need to have held a full uk license for a certain time before your allowed?

3) at track days do you have to pay for passengers to ride in the cars?

thanks for the replies in advance

Caterhams can be rented from www.bookatrack.com , www.track-club.com or www.caterham.co.uk

Depends on the track day organiser. Generally 17 with a full road licence although in some circumstances you can drive from as young as 12 with an MSA race licence, in a junior championship car with an ARDS instructor in the passenger seat. See www.goldtrack.co.uk for a company who DO allow under 17's to drive (we/BaT do not).

Depends on the track day organiser. Some charge for passengers, some do not (www.bookatrack.com and www.circuit-days.co.uk for examples of two that don't charge).

Hope that helps!

if you've got a race licence we'd just put an instructor next to you for the first session to perform an assesment - assuming the instructor is happy then after that you could drive solo or with passengers.
