Got lucky with the weather although it was a bit nippy!
Few mishaps from some throughout the day but all fairly minor, except the evo which was a little scarred! White M3 must have spun about a hundred times, good effort though!
Great day!
(I was in the silver 350z, hoping the photographer caught at least one shot of me a little sideways!)

How did the grey Evo end up in the tyre wall the other side of the approach road to the pit area?
Something doesn't seem quite right for this to be possible - could have been rather tragic. Am happy to accept that am on risk when on the circuit but reasonable to think that I without risk when motoring up to the pit area. Has this happened before?

Because he was driving like a loon lol, provoked a 4 wheel drift round the last bend, at high speed, which then resulted in some serious fishtail action before the off......was unlucky not to have kept it on the black stuff imo. Seen similar happen many a time but usually they end up about 3/4 way down the straight facing the wrong direction in a cloud of smoke, or on the inside on the grass and the car's quite close to the wall! I had a bit of a 4th gear moment on that last bend but didn't get too out of shape. Its the compression of the bend followed by the slight bump that unsettles the car, you can avoid it by taking a different line or just being careful with the throttle.
Nice one on the pics Lee, a few good ones of mine there!

Photos are now fully uploaded and can be viewed and/or purchased.
Your feedback, as ever, is welcome.
(There is rather a sad looking Evo parked outside my office. Poor thing.)

Love this picture, but £12.00 for just a JPEG seems so expensive! I know you've got to make your money, and Palmer probably take a chunk. Just a shame you can't start prices a little lower and have more of a range!

What was luckier is that my dad was exiting down that very road, but stopped to put his glasses on. Litterally as he looked up an evo came sliding through in front of him...!
Needless to say I received a slightly shakey phone call a few seconds later...!
Madness.
Was he driving a 206? Very lucky indeed! lolNeedless to say I received a slightly shakey phone call a few seconds later...!
Madness.

Unfortunately I do not make anything on the photo sales, I just get a day rate from PalmerSport/MSV (that's why the photos are on their site). The best deals available are the £35 for a CD of all your images (I did one this morning which included 21 photos, only £1.66 per photo) or the framed print. The £12 image is a fully edited/optimised image which will print perfectly up to A3 size.
