best spanish tracks?

Which are the best spanish tracks. I've ridden round Jerez and loved that. Any others recommended. I'm assuming Catalunya in Barcelona is pretty special but would like to hear about the less famous tracks. Cheers.

i've only ever driven Catalunya but rate is as one of my favourite tracks of all time - the first and last corners in particular are simply amazing.
