I did a track evening at brands Indy in a FIAT Panda 100HP and had no issues. Just make sure you use your mirrors and obey the rules about letting other cars through and you will be fine. And if it's your first time get some instruction as I found that really helped!

We did a novice day with a load of guys from work earlier this year and there was someone there with exactly that - and they seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their day. Might not be so great on a normal day as that tends to bring out the more serious machinery.
Even if you weren't a novice I would expect a novice day to be the way to go if you want to track one of those just from the perspective of likely traffic, but that said there is still scope to enjoy the day on a normal one - especially if the weather is less than great.

Use your mirrors and be aware of who is around you.
Other than that you will be so absorbed in trying to be quick you wont notice people steaming past on the straights...anyway its not a race or timed event and the aim of a trackday is to push your car beyond what you would on the road so there is no need to be embarrassed if your 'slow'.
