Yep ... I've run DS3000's in the past and use XP8's now .
DS3000's have more initial bite than the XP8's but the XP8's have better modulation . DS3000's are just about indestructible whereas I have cooked a set of XP8's .
Real down side to DS3000 is that they cover your wheels and the sides of your car in tiny bits of red hot metal
They will kill your paint work .
You could also look at Performance Friction PF .10 supposed to be rather good .
