Was a great day there today apart from the mornings ice very tricky.I lost it twice but the mark1 golf held its own i too would like some shots got my track day video footage will post tomorrow smileYour TVR looked great too i watched your car coming up the straights following the aston

That Aston was awesome! I was a bit late and busy getting some theory lessons early on so I missed most of the Ice.

thanks for the link. was your tvr the sky blue one. quite the speed machine down the back strait, felt like my ST wasnt moving.

Only in a straight line though smile Still mastering the corners, was only my second time on a track.

It spins round and round really fast too! I did a bit of off-roading in the mud once or twice!

I just couldnt get to grips with the corner after the pit straight, especially in the afternoon when there was mud all over the apex! (wasnt me that put it there !! wink )

that bend was a bugger seemed slippy all day. The trick is to turn in later and only come in close to clip the apex. i noticed the mud! but luckly it wasnt on my line to much.

TVRs are nice cars but they arnt the best car on the bends. i also liked the comment on top gear that they are a "backwards kit car" LOL.
