Novice track day
Discussion
Afternoon all. Can anyone recommend a suitable track day/afternoon for novices? My wife is a confident road driver but has never been on a track before. A track day isn't something she would choose to spend her own money on but I think she would enjoy it and she would possibly be a bit more understanding when I ask for my next weekend pass to the 'ring etc. I think she would be most concerned about me sitting in the passenger seat barking orders at her so I would like to get an instructor with her for the duration. Any suggestion for midlands/home counties. Easy, friendly, not too intimidating...
Hi,
Have you tried looking on the track club website, they have some novice track days on there.
Also some taster days which give you a go on a track day, in their cars, with instructors.
Would be worth having a word with Steve, as he can organise most things.
Site is www.track-club.com
Hope this helps
