Just found this doing some research and found it really useful. It explains some of the more mysterious points of tyre behaviour in a very straightforward way:

Wait until the bearded one (Don) explains it to you in person! He's very enthusiastic about this topic thumbup. He uses it to explain why most people 'over steer' (i.e. hold the steering in place for too long after entering a corner), and thus artificially induce too much slip angle on the tyres for too long.
