Am planning to do a trackday at Abbeville in the not-too-distant future. Never been there before. Would really appreciate any thoughts/advice in terms of logistics, the track itself, the facilities there, etc..

Many thanks

i went last year and going again in july. Its a very compact track, its not too heavy on brakes. Lots of run off in most places but the 2 ends dont have as much. Its a great track to spectate at because there is a high bank all the way around and the spectators can view from on top.

I did it with lotus on track and they fed us at lunch time.

There is a petrol station in the ton and supermarkets if you are staying for longer.

We went for 4 days, there was 16 of us and it was great, we went to the beach and for some blats on the nice country roads.

Great track very safe, quite tight although if you are in the type R I'd have thought it'll be fine, good place to learn handling etc
