Looking for a lotus track day exsperience sort of thing

Just to get the feel for the car and track daying in general I am on the hunt for a Lotus track day experience. I found a gift voucher here:

But I am thinking something a bit more extended or maybe mixed with other cars to get a better understanding of Lotus' advantages and disadvantages.
Basically I wanted something a bit more tailored than just 4laps with instructor and 5 laps behind the wheel as I am not doing it for the experience, but more for familiriasation.

It would be me and one friend. We are thiking about getting a shared track car and want to understand this a bit more before we plough some cash into it.

Anyone able to help with recommendations?
