If you were the guy in the silver Astra staying out in the wet with me at Cadwell a few weeks ago I'll be happy to let you past, though I still think front wheels for steering, rear wheels for driving is the way to go . . .
Yes I was at Cadwell in the rain/sun, and had lots of fun watching all the Porsches parked up because of a litle water on the track
Are you on for Castle Combe on friday?

I expect we are going to have a fab day, if we are aloud to play together. I will do my best to stay out of the barrier, and you promise not to break downnielsen said:
I will be there in a silver Astra VXR, and my understanding is that we will have to fight our way past a few broken down TVR's

rather than having em smashed into the armco like VXR owners generally do..

Hmm, not enough rain for my liking. Luckily my car is not too much of a handful in the wet.
And Bo, once again your totally standard (ahem!) Astra showed everyone else a clean set of wheels. You almost made your set of slicks last all afternoon too.

Your car must be due some attension soon, it's the only TVR I have seen spend more time on track than in the pit's. You are changing my view on TVR's.And Bo, once again your totally standard (ahem!) Hopefully we can meet up for another play in the wet somewhere

Bo;)

I've got one of the TVRs that enjoys being driven more than it enjoys being tinkered with. I'd rather spend my time at a track on track than waving tools at it in the pits and my skills with a spanner are even worse than my skills with a steering wheel.
I've got a couple of months of too much worktime so no tracktime. ~I should be back out to play at the end of Sept - just in time for the wet stuff to return. See you then.
