Can you recommend "Trackdays" for a SPA trip?

Looking at heading out to the Ring and Spa in early October and I see a company called "Trackdays" are advertising a full day at Spa for £249.

I have never used thema nd wonder can any one provide me with a recommendation as to what they are like?

Finlay, trackdays.co.uk are a booking agent, not a TDO. The days you're looking at are probably Circuit Days Spa events - you are strongly advised to book directly with the TDO for several reasons, most of which have been covered on here recently.

yes - and it went quite cheap in the end - think the guy took £15K for it!
