I'll be there in the Bimma, last day before I have to decide to sell or keep and rebuild.

Any other PH'ers please come over for a chat as I'll be bored on my own. I'll be in this:

No you don't.

I booked through Castle Combe's own site, no restrictions on car type. I'm not taking a VAG car.

ETA: Thats for the Saturday, we're talking Friday 9th here, it's a Castle Combe organised event open to all cars, they are still taking bookings as well I think.

Yep, I am entered too. But in my case I have been off work for seven weeks with a nasty arm injury. It will be my first outing, I'm not sure how I'll cope on track, hopefully my arm will allow me a few good sessions. I will be in this

I'm not competing with anyone, it's just a track day. The Beemer looks like loads of fun, in the wet or dry to me

You know what I mean. There's always a bit of freindly keepy-uppy on track.

The Beemer is a bit of a handful in the wet, it's just to stiff I think, although I'll see how it is with an open diff.

In the dry though it's high speed cornering is imense.

I know what you mean ;o)) I think the weather will start off dry and get wet later in the day. I hope we get some dry running, it will be good to see the beemer go. She looks like a lot of fun.

I am semi local(salisbury) and I might pop down and watch for a bit. Is this allowed at coombe, considering it is not an 'action/crash day?'

Excellent, i'll probably pop up for a look around. Not in the track car or the daily 540i as the temptation to try use them would be too great. idea I best bring a small diesel instead!

A great day at Combe today, started off dry and fast, ended up wet and slippery, plenty of sliding around. The Evo X was in it's element in the rain. Good to meet other PH'ers.

I have a few pictures from today that I will post up at some point. I could see you were enjoying it in the wet Wellground, especially at Quarry. Nice driving, with out doubt the fastest thing in the wet in your session, if not the day.

Good to meet T89 Callan, although I didn't actually catch your real name.
