I had a group of 8 people going but 3 of them work together and have been told they might need to work next Friday.

Nice group of people going - all friendly etc.
It's quite expensive but probably not bad given tyre, brake, clutch wear. It’s £567 including compulsory catering (breakfast, 2 course lunch and afternoon tea) + £26 for optional damage waiver (avoids £1,000 excess) + VAT = £681.95 all-in.
Anyone up for it in case they pull out?
