I'm at Bedford tomorrow for a trackday. Does anyone know where I might high an onboard camera kit from for the day. It needs to be suitable to fit to a roll bar of a roofless Radical.

Bit late really. Frankly, with the price of them it's well worth getting your own. I use a Fastfilms "super clamp and short extension arm" http://www.fastfilms.co.uk/fixed-camera-mounts.php and a Panasonic SDR-S7 which I paid about £120 for.
