Might I suggest, if planning a trip over the water in 2010, that you think about le Mans Bugatti. We had the most fabulous 2 days there earlier this year with Circuit Days and will be going back for certain.
We keep looking at Spa but the final drive on the Radical is a little short for the long straights, and it rains a lot!
The pit straight at Le Mans with tall grandstands before the Dunlop chicane and bridge just give you goosebumps! The on circuit organisation was terrific. 2 days without a single red flag and only 1 yellow light (they run live recovery). We found a good hotel to stay in as well with a secure car park.
Oooo...getting all excited again!

We went last weekend in May so it was just before the 24hrs. Sun shone the whole 2 days. We went on the Friday and stayed in the Novotel in the middle of Le Mans. Turns out it's where a lot of teams stay during the race week. Number of other guys on the track day were there too, about £1.5m of very hot Porsches in the car park!
This year it's shown as 10th April on Circuit Days schedule. It may be that they are only running the Saturday as this year on Sunday there were only about 10 cars on track. Such an exciting track.
A number of teams were there fitting out the garages for the 24 hr race which was interesting as well.
And where else can you get pics like this for the wall?

Vega == SPA... SPA== VEGAS ..

Go see blue man group .. very entertaining... as is 'O'
Was in Vegas last year...No contest ... vegas wins every time !

The Blue man Group were awesome, nothing like the cut down UK shows we have seen since.
However, they have finished the run at Vegas now I believe?
Phantom of the Opera was neat too in it's own dedicated multi million $ theatre.
Plenty of big muscle cars to be seen on the strip too, the Harley Cafe is good for snax.
So was the Harmon medical care - I was a bit too hardcore last visit LOL!
Spa - The Raddison Balmoral or Blu both in Spa are excellent. No need to look elsewhere

the pussycat lounge is a nice guy retreat .. if you know what I mean

Edited by R26R on Saturday 19th December 18:36
Ah yeah my mum went to see Blue Man Group at the MEN in the summer... That Pussycat Lounge does sound like fun.
We've got a midnight heli-flight over the strip booked already and we're hoping to get out in some dune buggies and do a bit of M16 shooting too... Redneck stylee.
Anyways, I'm hoping to get a trackday each month, so I'll keep my eye out on here for who's on what.
