Cobra side mounts & Cobra base mount - floor hole the same?

So I have a monaco pro seat mounted via the base through the floor of the car this isn't ideal as I've had to "shim" the front of the seat so get it comfortable. So I want to get some side mounts, question is do the holes in the side mounts that bolt to the car floor set out so they'd be the same spacing as the base mounts? i.e. can I use the holes I've drilled in the floor of my car for the base mount with the new side mounts?

I'd say it's very unlikely you'll be able to use the same holes.

Are they really just holes in the floor? Sounds a bit dodgy to me, it's not that difficult for bolts to be pulled through thin steel panels...

They have 4mm steel plates on the other side,... welded in place hence it'd be a bh if the holes are not the same spacing.
