Track day at Bedford Autodrome Saturday 23rd January

I am selling my place on a track day booked at Bedford autodrome on Saturday 23rd of January. The day is run by Motor sport vision. I attended a similar one of their days last year at Bedford and was very impressed at how well ran it all was.
The day is a full day of open pit driving on the full GT circuit.

I paid £120 but will sell it on for £100 (have check they are happy to change name and car on booking but cant refund me so suggested selling it on).

Hi all,

Just to let you know that we will be the official photographers once again on this trackday, however this time we will now be offering our brand new video option.

Our professional cameraman will be filming you whilst you are out on circuit in high definition using a pro spec video camera (not a camcorder) from multiple locations, including slow-motion footage. He will also install a solid state camera in your car for up to 30 minutes of track time. Video will be supplied to you, fully edited on a DVD-ROM and online within a few days of the trackday.

The price for all this? Only £75 inc vat.

Thanks for offering the ticket at below cost - i would provisionly be prepared to pay £70.00 if you would consider bearing in mind Saturday 23rd Jan is not soo far away which could compromise your entire £120 if you cant sell your ticket prior.

Hi - I woz there on Saturday and remember your car.

For me the video lacks the interesting bit ... at least one complete lap in-car. It would be ideal to have a lap cut together with both in-car and trackside footage. It's nice to have some of that arty fading in stuff at the beginning - but it's a bit style over substance for my tastes.

I do think it's great that someone is offering this service at a vaguely sensible price though. Well done for giving it a crack.

Looks like a superb day! Great photos as usual Lee (I've bought some of yours in the past at Bedford or maybe Cadwell).

That video looks great - nice touch. Would you get more of the in car footage personally?

Just to let you all know that this video is just a short but nice edit. On the disc that gets sent out there are extended versions of the track and in car footage.

Say, was that your 964 with the gold BBS kissing some breathed on arches on saturday?

The wheels are silver not gold, but yes. Front camber is pretty extreme - but to put a 964 on 18" wheels (and it not just make excessive understeer even more excessive) requires significantly more than swapping rims. It needs that camber (among other things) to make it work right.
The car is on Manthey spec. KW's, and the hot film breathing system and so has 10% extra power.
I think it punches above its weight.
