trackdays - brake pads/disks

im looking to do some trackdays in my E46 328CI.

now ive been thinking about if i need to upgrade my pads and disks?

ive got ATE blue brake fluid so the fluid is fine but what about disks and pads?

are oe disks fine? and what about pads?

I use Mintex M1155 pads on standard dices with Goodridge breaded brake hose kit and 5.1 brake fluid, that on my e36 M3 and i've never had problem and that's using road tyres witch will give up long before the brakes will
