quick question about the track.

are there barriers around the track that allows you to watch/photo cars on the track. or are there certain parts for watching?

i know at castle combe you are walk around the whole of the track, but not sure at bedford as its just a track built onto a airfield.

my main reason to ask is my old man want to come with me to a trackday to watch the action. and don't want him to find out he can't view the track.

You cant walk round the hole track. you can if you ask stand at the start of the straight next to the marshalls booth.

you can also stand by the briefing area just after the start finish straight but thats about it

ah cheers, so there is not really any decent places to watch the action.

you can also stand on the bank near the sheds. This gives you the ability to look down on the track. I am sure that if your dad is a petrolhead, he will enjoy the day out anyway...
