Feel free to post some mate, I was there in the blue 106 GTi with some mates.
Must have done 130+ laps, so only took a few photos and they were rubbish really with no polariser or hood. Was tired from being up at 5am!

Definatley got some of the turbo caterham type thing anyway.
out of 368 pics im sure ill dig some out of the others.
And yeah, the 5's were out in force that day. The white 5 'cup' car was actually Rowan Atkinson's actual race car from the old 5 GTT race series.

You can certainly pedal your boxter! It was a highlight of my day trying to keep up with you! My car seemed very slightly quicker on the straights but with it's locked back diff (and my driving!) i was all over the place. Most impressed with your skills and car

Cheers for that, it was the first time I've taken it on track as only had it a few weeks. I normally use a Mk1 996 GT3 and interestingly round Brands Indy I don't think there would be much in it as the Boxster is so well balanced.
You did seem to pull a bit of a gap along the straights so it was fun trying to make it up in the corners and under braking! What sort of power is your Skyline?
I would really appreciate being able to look at the video footage - is it something you can post?

Cheers for that Sam and nice to see a video of such good quality - I remember now chuckling away to myself at the sight of you drifting in my rear view.
I too have had more than a few differences of opinions with the marshalls at Brand regarding spirited driving.
First day for a very long time I didn't get black flagged (although I saw the tyre noise board a few times) but that's mainly because the Boxster has more grip than power...not an issue with the GT3!
Definately would like to see the others so please do post them.

Cheers for those Sam, really interesting watch.
Andy took me out in his GTR and I was amazed with how capable it is - he's got some natural born talent too as he was telling me it was his first trackday and was pedalling it pretty well for a newbie.
Drop me a line next time you've got a day booked as would be good to tie up - would be very interested in a ride in your Skyline - you going to hint what power it is?!
