Done. Would be great to have a go at Goodwood. What's the noise limit like normally - any chance of getting a standard-ish K-Series Seven on there?

Chris,

From Goodwood's website;

"Goodwood will operate two types of Track Day : A 10-car day at a noise limit of 98 decibels, with a maximum of 40 cars run in sessions of 10. A 5-car day at 105 decibels, with a maximum of 25 cars run in sessions of 5."

I did a 40 car day with 10 in a session in my supercharged VX220. The static limit was 98db and the drive by 96db. My car always tests static at around 82-88db. I tripped a drive by and got warned for being close twice. I have never had any problems anywhere else. There were much louder cars not having problems. I think it may have been because my car tends to have quite a shrill whistle or whoosh sound under hard acceleration and it may have been the pitch of the noise rather than the volume.

In theory mine should even pass the 98dB static test. It'd certainly be fine for 105dB. Would be awesome to drive that circuit...
