Hi, Brands is most local.

Snetterton has more run off, an airfield even more so.

Hi Matt.

You're probably not far from me, (Surrey).

I use MSE, (Motor Sport Events) a lot.

Most of their days are down in Wiltshire, from airfield days to Castle Combe.

The airfield days are the best introduction, no pressure, go at your own speed and have a great time.

All their venues are within about 70-100 miles away.

Why not come down to Abingdon airfield on the 9th of April;

I've booked, only £125 for open pitlane!

If you're a novice (or even if you're not) then the Car Limits days in North Weald (either a relatively expensive tuition day or a much much cheaper activity day). It's just off the M25/M11 junction, so might be good. There's a lot of run off area and Andy Walsh will get you using it. Backwards.

Great to see a TVR on track. My introduction to track driving was in a TVR and it reinforced just how much the 'never used in the wet, never been on track' brigade are missing out. The only thing to be careful of is noise limits - anything less than 100dB is quite likely to be an issue (and you might even want to check before going to a day above that if you have a loud exhaust).
