Finally got around to getting some this weekend, intending to use it on the visor. Says not to use on plastics, and that confused me as I'm sure I've been advised it's a good thing for that? Will it be ok on my Sparco???

I supose I could use it on the cars too come to that!

My Sparco Visor seems to be very senstive to products, I have tried Rain X seemed to be ok, but not too sure how good it is long term for it....

Not a very good answer but should start the ball rolling ....

I have used on visors without problems. However I have only used it when Im sure its going to rain. Bearing in mind that I clean the visor every couple of hours anyway, so the Rain X is not left on for long periods.

Thanks chaps. I think I'll keep it with me in case of rain. Incidently, what do you clean your visors with?
