Ring Opening Times

Can anyone help????

Im trying to plan a trip this summer but am struggling to decipher the calendar here:

It looks to me that the only dates with Touristfahrten full days are in July, the end of September and then October. I can see that there are some dates listed as 'events when track is open' written in white in a red background. Are these dates where i can go or are they private days?

I went last year and am sure that there were far more available dates. I think. Maybe.
