Restrictor Plate

Hi all I'm looking at doing the Club MSV Trackday Trophy next year but have come across a bit of a stumbling block.

In the basic requirements it states all turbo cars must be fitted with a restrictor plate as per the MSA Rally Car regulations. This is to ensure boost consistency throughout the race.

Now after I bit of time on google I understand what it does but where is the best place to get a restrictor plate from
