Good job we both turned up or the burger van would have gone after breakfast!

Good day, bloody hot but great track time.

Cheers

Yes mate, I am going on that one, all being well... same car (red 7, black noseband)... come and say hi...

the Hullavington date on Friday was the quietest MSE day for years so Natasha said. Loads of track time, and no traffic; pretty much everyone there was 'serious' as well: well behaved, cars and driving of a pretty good standard...

will pop over and say hi

to add when do you get a email about times and so on. I have not had one yet? I know the 30th July is a few weeks away yet.

I got my email at time of booking. It's a standard form that they send out (.pdf if I remember right)... gives you an indemnity form, plus rules of the day, plus joining instructions.

check your mails from when you booked it, and if it isnt there, give Natasha a buzz; she is extremely helpful!

Hullavington is a piece of cake to get to, as it's just off the M4.

Personally I prefer Colerne to Keevil as it has more of a proper track feel with at least 50% of the interesting bits made up of the airfields perimeter road. Only the straights, one hairpin and a fast left hander are on the runways. Keevil is okay but the surface is very abrasive and feels like an airfield. Lots of cones rather than defined track. Either day is good but Colerne would be my first option.

I'll do both again over the next month or two but will look forward to Colerne a bit more, thats all.
