I'll be there in my old blue M3 Evo.
Hmm, I know if you smash two atoms into each other very hard little bits fly off... In this case I don't think they're called electrons!
I think for best results the atoms need to collide head on, thus one would be going around the track in the wrong direction, and you would get a black flag for that!I'll be there in my old blue M3 Evo.

Westfield is in bits... waiting for Elite 6 speed Sequential box to be fiited... hopefully on saturday!
so fingers crossed that should be there!
will take the Clio as a back up for WHEN it breaks something though! lol!
If the Westy isnt done then will take the F430 and the Clio.

Well what a pain in the arse that day turned out to be.
Did three laps in the morning only to have the new EBC yellowcrap pads fade almost completely after 1.5 laps.
"Next step up from standard pads", yeah right, their standard pads must be the "open the door and stick your foot out" specials.
Anyway, gave up with those and went back home to change them for the cheapo Pagid pads I also picked up a few weeks ago.
Got back just after lunch and spent 3 x 2 laps bedding them in, and managed to get one good run right at the end just before I had to go home for a doctors appointment.
I don't know about anyone else who went there in anything slower than an Atom, but I found it a right pain the number of Atoms/fast cars they let out at the same time. Any straight, passed by 1 or 2, next bend(s), 1 right up my chuff. Next straight, passed, next bend, chuff, ad infinitum.
I'm obviously being far too polite as I wasn't getting anywhere or having any fun at all, with having to look in the mirror all the time and pull over (and back off sometimes for the slower but more nimble cars to get past).
Not having a go at the drivers, I don't know what the solution is really.
I know next time I'll be more assertive, I'll stick to the lines, I will move over on the straights but won't back off. I'm a novice at track days and I'm not learning anything doing what I was today. (apart from never buy EBC pads again

)The F430 was a beauty! FYI the drive by was 83 - 86.5dB. I had a look as I was surprised it did not get tugged as you were getting a shift on.
