trackday credit - what to do?

Mods - hope I'm not breaking any rules with this, if so please remove.

I need some advice. Earlier this year I was one of the disappointed who had booked a trackday at Spa only to have it cancelled when the track became damaged. I was given a credit for the amount to use on any other day from the same provider. It was one of the more expensive trackdays so I've a choice of pretty much any other day. My problem is that my calendar is not allowing me to book another before the credit runs out (in April 2011). My question is, what can I do? Is this the type of thing I can sell to someone else and, if so, how?

Can you not ask the trackday provider to extend the period of credit?

No, it's with circuitdays. I haven't tried to extend the period, I may do that. But if anyone's up for using it before then just let me know and I'll see if it can be transferred. It may be possible to use it for more than one day I think? It was something like £230, I'll check the exact amount.

In my experience Circuitdays are excellent so I am sure they would extend the credit or come to some agreement.

However, the real issue is your bad diary prioritisation - get it sorted !

I'm hearing you guys - yes, my diary sucks! I'll contact CD and see if they can extend. If not I'll move some things around.

And yes Stve, you're totally right I need to do OP! I'm doing Brands tonight to bed the new tyres in ready for Rockingham
