goodwood track day 13th august

hey, im doing a track day at goodwood this friday and would like any advice from people that have been round the track before, ive only done a couple of laps in a single seater as an experience day so have not really experinced going very fast on track, is anybody else going to this friday or is it just me from pistonheads?

It's a VERY fast circuit that will reward you when you get it right
but can bite you if you get it wrong.

I would certainly get instruction.

Yeah I have opted to get an instructor for the day.

Goodwood is a great track, albeit very little safety run off areas, my advice would be to get one of the in house track instructors into your car as soon as you can, to give you the lines and general track advice, (I go out with one of them at least once on every day I,ve gone there), it will make a big difference, go, enjoy and have a fun day.

yeah im really looking forward to this tomorrow, though it may rain, which will be interesting. i will have the instructor for atleast the first half of the day as its a full day event, is there anybody from pistonheads coming to this?
