Hi there,

I'm attending an evening session at Buckmore Park ('30 solo enduro') in September on the 1200m circuit and I was wondering if anyone has been before, and if so, any useful tips? Corners to watch out for etc... Also what are the RX7 Pro karts like?

Many thanks

I looked at their own site. Has lots of pointers on every corner, and flying lap videos from youtube.

If its wet the lines are completly different to the dry more so than any other track in the area.

You need commitment down the hill and hug the left hand curb at the bottom of the hill so you get a good run along bottom straight. (Very good spot for a pass as well.)

Best overtake spot is 2nd hairpin slow it down on apex and they cant come back at you.

I instructed there for about4 years smile

2nd hairpin was great, used to just launch the kart up the inside stick it on its nose and stop dead infront of whoever you just passed.

ha yes the lines in the wet learned them the hard way after 1 lap, lol

As you come down the hill make sure you don't get too out of shape by entering too fast off line. This will slow you right down through the next section.

Top tip, always be either accelerating or breaking, both or neither won't make you quick

Dam I miss that place

You can take turns 1 and 2 absolutely flat out as one double apex corner once you've mastered it.

And if you do, it's one of the best track experiences you can have in the UK!
