Anglesey 30/08/10. What a great day that was !

Did Anglesey yesterday which is one of my favourite tracks, I thought there were too many cars there initially, but queuing in the pitlane was minimal and on track manners very good indeed, the overtaking rule was being followed and it ran smoothly.

Another well run Circuit Days event.

Brilliant sunshine made it even better and those backdrops are simply stunning. I`ll have to go through my photos this evening, I`m sure there are some that show off how good it was..

Anyone else from PH there ?

I was there. Big trip for me but North Wales is my old stomping ground. I've done a bike trackday there when it first reopened and it was great. Same in the car. Brilliant circuit and the weather was fanatastic. And manners on track were very good.

No stoppages until the afternoon either and they looked like mechanicals to me.

It was a cracking day, really enjoyed it. Only downside was the traffic on the way home, oh and my rather sunburnt head.

Track manners were the best I have seen.

Yep we were there again.. fab weather, a great circuit & no dramas = RESULT!!

Ade, were you in the Silver GT3 with 33 on the door ? We had some good laps in the afternoon, I let you past (obviously ) then slowly fell back. I THINK you gave me a thumbs up at the end when you were on your cooling lap ?

That Evo went well, but it seemed loud !

Traffic home was awful.

Yeah i was in the silver GT3.. with young master James Owen in the EVO RS.. fast car & a quick wheelman!
Good to the the Golf going well as i have have briliant memories of Anglesey(old & new) in my old mk1 GTI trackcar!...

I was there too....Blue MGZS. Going well until it blew up immediately after lunch :-(

Brilliant circuit and weather and will definitely go back before too long.

Thanks to all the other drivers for a very high standard of behavior although the green murtaya (sp?) was a little slow in giving consent to overtake...

Excellent day out and good to meet a few of you. As stated above really, good manners on track and perfect conditions, just a shame about the run home again but I guess that's what you get for trying to get back to England after a bank holiday!

Yep a very enjoyable trackday, well organised and ran by circuit days as ever and with everyone showing great track manners,added to that superb weather and an excellent track.
