Drivers Dream days track days at Prestwold Hall

Just a quick note with positives and negatives of this DDD at prestwold. On a positve note the day is well organised and the drives we had (lambo and GTR) were great, the GTR in particular superb, both intructors were good, with some good tips for that day and my driving style in general. A couple of notes of caution tho, we noticed that they were actively pushing extra pay on the day drives, in particular pushing a so called 997 GT3, we had a quick look at the car and as far as we could tell it was a pretty standard carrera with a GT3 rear fin and then completely de-badged. We questioned someone about the autenticity of this and he did ensure to us that the rear fin was definately of GT3 design with no real comment about the authenticity of the car itself. This is obviously only my view on this but I would hate for anyone to pay for a GT3 and then end up disappointed on the day. I am also pretty sure that the scooby Sti they are running (the latest hatchback version) was badged up as the 330s model and this again was almost definately a standard STi. Just a note of caution. PS - if you ever get the opportunity to track a GTR then do it, I can honestly say the most impressive car I have ever driven.
