Did this day with Javelin track days, well organised and very enjoyable. It's relatively tight and twisty circuit, and it just makes me want to take the fun way around instead of the quick way... here's a video:

ETA: Note the lack of traffic...

It was a fab day. The first time I have done an airfield day but I have had pax laps around there before in Hangar 111's X Bow & their SC Exige. As you say it is tight and twisty but then I thought good training for me.

Great vid mate and nice controlsmile

Your Caterham must be so much fun and so quick. On the vid it's like you can feel what the cars doing just by watching;) What g'box does it use with the Duratec?

I've done Woodbridge a couple of times and they run 2 different layouts. I've done both and they're both great!

The other track is slightly shorter than the one you did but they have a handling circuit runnng at the same time which is good funsmile

Here's a vid of the other track they run:

Cool, interesting to see the other layout... very similar just the top loop on the runway cut out.

Gearbox in my car is a Quaife sequential, so not much use in traffic but fantastic when you get moving.

Bit of a late reply but I was there and I remember seeing you out on track having fun. Mostly a bit sideways.

You managed to record a very quiet lap there so must have been at the end of the day? Mind you, despite being fully booked there wasn't too much traffic on track.

Did much get past you throughout the day? I can't remember being on track at the same time as you.

Yeah, the video was at the end of the day - they still run sensible numbers though, I don't remember having much of a problem with traffic throughout the day though.

I don't remember any cars overtaking me, I was circulating pretty quickly - more to do with the car than the driver I must add though!

Agreed. Just enough out there to give you soemthing to chase down but not too much so that you get held up all the time. smile
