Any body know of a premier or similar on the A16 within 20 miles or so! Most of the louth hotels are full or expensive for a few hrs sleep.

I live locally and can't think of anything like a premier. Have you tried here? they are fairly reasonable. http://www.royaloaksplash.co.uk/accommodation/

We're heading up to Cadwell for a trackday in November and staying here http://www.thegreenmanpub.ltd.uk/index.html think it's about a mile down the road.

The only place I'd recommend is:

http://www.halfmoonhotelalford.co.uk/

It's about 20 minutes away, does excellent food and early breakfasts.

Directions from Cadwell - left out of the circuit, then first left (nice road!) at the end of this road turn right.
At the roundabout turn left, about 2 miles into Alford and the Half Moon is on your right - car park round the back.
