Three of us plus MX-5 attended this trackday yesterday and were well impressed. Great weather - sunny, dry and reasonably warm - open pitlane and a very small number of cars, 27 I beleive, so we were assured of a virtually empty track all day.

Honourable mention must go to the gang parked next to us, an entire family with three cars - Mk2 MX-5, Boxster S and 944 S2. Laura, Jonathan, Margaret and Colin, didn't get their surname unfortunately but we were chatting all day and I got a passenger ride in all three cars!

Our car considering it was its first full trackday apart from one 15 minute session at the last Performance Action Day, behaved impeccably, didn't miss a beat and showed some of the faster machinery the way round (when I wasn't driving it).

Oh and thanks to Harry for the ride in the 306, I might buy a Pug for my daily driver now.

Yes, what a brilliant day! It was my first time on track in my MG ZT which also behaved itself all day. Weather couldn't have been better and it's gone to pot again today so really lucky there too.

My friend who was also driving the ZT has a Eunos RS Limited which we're going to share next time - I think we saw you if you were parked near the 944 - was it the green/yellow one with the Lotus/Eunos badge?

Cheers,
Rob

Yes it was - funnily enough my road car is a Eunos RS. Left it at home though 'cos someone had to drive the track car there!
